THE UNDERWATER MYSTERY

Everyone has gone about the tale of the legendary Atlantis but never believed it until a young boy named Zach figured something to have been a missing piece to the puzzle or so he thought he did.

The very day he decided to look for the lost kingdom, Atlantis, he finally discovered a map that led him to an ocean. The ocean was so deep he feared for his life but also he needed to make history and become the first man on earth to discover the ancient lost city of technology, mystery and gold.

He searched high and low until a glittering rock caught his attention. He jumped into the position only to find out it was all an illusion. He noticed he’s been in the water for too long and his oxygen pumper was running low. Scared to the bones, he tried swimming ashore but his flipper got gripped to a branch. While setting his body free, his oxygen finally exhausted. He gulped a lot of water and feared for his life. When he thought he wouldn’t make it back home, an unknown creature swam towards him. With his blurry sight, he caught sight of a brown hair with long nails and tried removing his swimsuit. It was of no use because he’d already slumped out of fear and worries.

An hour later, he heard a faint whisper coming from afar and slowly opened his heavy eyes. Immediately his eyes were opened, he noticed he was on a boat and thought he’d joined his former crew on their famous ship they’d built some years ago.

But no he wasn’t on the ghost ship neither was he in the sea, he noticed some sailors gossiping about the sleeping man, which was him. In that instant, he coughed out a lot of water.

Instantly, they ran to him and grabbed his shirt, making sure he’d choked nothing more than blood.

After he’d been safe, they explained about his unknown appearance and asked if he remembered what happened. Although he knew but speaking about the creature he saw, everyone would think he was a complete goon, so he kept the mystery to himself and asked if he could be returned home.

They willfully granted his request and safely took him home.

But Zach never stopped thinking about the creature he’d seen in the depth of the sea.

Field trip to Trade Affairs Ltd

TCC Editorial crew On Wednesday, 29th September 2021, the editorial crew paid a visit to the TRADE AFFAIRS LTD.  The aim of the visit was for an educational purpose, to observe how offset printing tasks are carried out. Trade Affairs Ltd is a Printing Press located at Olorunsola Street off Olateju Street, Challenge Mushin. We met the Manager, Mr. SHOLA and the Industry supervisor, Mr ADAMS PEKUN who took the team round explaining what each of the printers does.  TCC crew with Mr SHOLA (centre) and Mr Adams (second left) The Contract Chronicle Team with the management of Trade Affairs The printing job starts with laying of the design on the accepted paper format (which could be A0, A1 or A2) on a plate taking cognisance of the colors available in the design. The A2 printer is used for one colour printing while the Heidelberg 4 edge Offset printer is used to print 2 color designs.
